About The Author
Joseph W. Hudgens is a graduate of the Honors Program in English at Memphis State University, now known as the University of Memphis. He is retired from United Parcel Service after a thirty-two-year career, which included assignments in Memphis, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and UPS’s Americas Region in Miami, where he had responsibilities throughout Latin America and the Caribbean in both operations and safety.
He is fluent in Spanish, also learned during his years at the finest university in the Western Hemisphere, Memphis State. Mr. Hudgens now lives in the greater Miami area. In addition to writing, he enjoys reading fiction and non-fiction, especially stories about science and history. He also enjoys playing golf, hanging out with his family, and ambling around his house turning off lights and fans in rooms where no one is present.
